A shared family calendar that keeps the details together

Orbily's Plan is a shared calendar for each orbit. Everyone in the orbit sees the same events, with the time, the place, photos and documents kept on the event itself, and a reminder before it starts. It is built for school runs, appointments, birthdays and weekends away.

What can I add to a shared family calendar?

Events, tasks, reminders, chores, pick-ups and medication, each with a time and, if you like, a place. Entries can repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly, and people can say whether they are coming.

Will I get reminders?

Yes. Choose an alert 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or a day before an event, and get a daily digest of what is coming up. You can also add any event to your phone's own calendar.

Can we keep photos and documents with an event?

Yes. Photos from the day are added to the event, so the birthday plan and the pictures afterwards stay together, and documents such as tickets or letters can be attached to it too.

Where are we meeting?

An event can carry its meeting place. On the day, it appears on the orbit's map, with directions to get there.

Can we decide things together?

Yes. Every orbit has polls: ask a question, add the options and let everyone vote.

Yes. Each orbit has its own plan, and everyone in it sees the same events. A permanent family orbit and a temporary trip orbit keep separate plans, so a trip's itinerary does not crowd the school calendar.
