How to plan a group trip, from first idea to last photo

In Orbily, a temporary orbit with Plan the days turned on is a whole trip in one place: the itinerary, the map, the chat and the photos. When the trip ends, sharing stops by itself.

Step by step

  1. Create a temporary orbit

Name it after the trip and choose when it ends, anywhere from an hour to a year away.

  2. Turn on Plan the days

Choose the first day. The orbit's plan becomes a numbered, day-by-day itinerary.

  3. Invite the group

Send the invite link to your group chat, or show the QR code. Everyone chooses how they share as they join.

  4. Add the days

Add stays, trains, flights, meals and meeting points. Each day's stops appear on the map, with a dashed route between them.

  5. Enjoy it, then let it end

When the orbit ends, sharing stops and it becomes read-only, with the plan, the chat and the photos kept.

Who can add to the itinerary?

The orbit's admins add stops to the itinerary, so the plan stays tidy. Everyone can chat, vote in polls and add photos.
